threeeightyeight: Privacy policy

What it reads and keeps

• Your Google email address, kept to show which account is connected.
• Documents it makes in your Drive. It can see only the files it made, never the rest of your Drive. The document stays in your Drive. We keep its Google id and a PDF copy, which is used to send it.
• Your calendar. It reads your busy times for the coming weeks, to offer open times. It creates, moves or cancels the meetings it was asked to arrange, and reads meetings the other person invited you to. We keep each meeting's time, title, guests and Google id.
• Your Google access key, kept encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown to anyone.

How it is used

Only to make the documents and arrange the meetings this account was asked to. The open times and meetings are given to the AI models that write the account's replies, only to write them, and those requests are kept with the reply's record. Google data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to develop or train AI models.

threeeightyeight's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who sees it

Only the team that operates the connected account, in its private dashboard.
